three weeks ago I quit smoking. I was supposed to stop two months ago. At least that’s when I told myself I would. First week goes by and my 20 a day habit goes from 10 a day, then back to 20, then 15, then 10, you get the idea…I vow to really try next monday, that’s the day. I wake up, I don’t have any. So I smoke huge joint, I jest of course. I finally have my last pack whilst reading Alan Carrs the easy way to stop smoking. It brain washes you the other way, why we smoke, how we think it relieves stress but actually creates it. Anyway by the end of the book I was done. That was three weeks ago, and I feel great, and definitely don’t feel the need anymore. Read the book, but first you might want to check out these images from the new campaign by Cancer Patients Aid Association.
